Terms reflect common Hong Kong client arrangements; each project still follows its own document.

Pages, features, revisions, and timing follow the written scope before payment.

Third-party fees (domain, hosting, email, payments) are usually paid by the client directly.

Provide content, feedback, and access on time. Delays may move launch dates.

Ensure you have rights to text, images, and trademarks you supply.

After completion and payment, custom design and in-scope work transfer or license per the written agreement.

We may show the project in our portfolio unless written otherwise.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Total liability is typically capped at fees paid for that project.
